For 25 years, he has guided students toward enlightenment and inner peace through yoga’s timeless philosophy. Embracing Bhakti Yoga early on, he sought enlightenment in Himalayan ashrams, living an austere yogic lifestyle in his youth. Rigorously trained in Hatha yoga, pranayama, Sutras, meditation, and mudras, he delves beyond the physical, guiding students to approach yoga as a science for attaining inner peace and overcoming the distractions of the modern world.

Through online platforms, he guides students through immersive explorations of ancient yoga philosophical texts, including the Yoga Sutras, Bhagavad Gita, and Srimad Bhagavatam and offers a wide range of comprehensive advanced yogic trainings including 200 and 300-hour teacher trainings, Meditation Level 1, 2, and 3, Vedic numerology, Mudras, Prana Vidya, and Yoga Nidra levels 1 and 2 and much more.

Honoring Ancestral Wisdom

Yogi Charu is an inducted disciple of the Saraswati lineage, one of the ten classical monk orders in India founded by Adi Sankaracharya in the 8th century. He was inducted into this lineage by Anandakapila Saraswati, a celebrated author on Tantra and Kriya yoga.

Additionally, Yogi Charu is an inducted Brahmin in the Bhakti tradition of the Brahma Madhva Gaudiya Sampradaya lineage.
