Washing of the Colon

Asana Sequence:

Tadasana

Opens the pyloric sphincter muscle of the stomach then water enters the small intestine.

Tiryakatadasana

Contracts both sides of the intestinal layers repeatedly then water enters into the intestinal layers.

Katichakrasana

Twists the whole smooth muscles of intestine then due to pressure, water passes downwards.

Tiryaka Bhujangasana

Opens the ileocecal sphincer muscle then water enters inot the large intestine.

Udarakarshan
