Meditation Practice
Breath is an extension of the energetic body and has a powerful effect on the mind. The practice of controlling the inhalation, exhalation, and breath retention is called Pranayama.
Sankalpa is higher than an intention or goal – it is a deep resolve and determination to manifest the life we imagine. Clear goals help us to remove self doubts and increase self-confidence. Sankalpas empower us to take control over our own true inner desires without being influenced by the external world. As we watch our internal state carefully, we notice how we create reality and manifest desires through time and space.
