This is a RYS certified program open to students who have completed any certified 200-Hour teacher training. Upon completion of this program students will be eliglbe for registration with the Yoga Alliance as RYS-500 certified.

- Swara Yoga - Understanding the science of Energy Rhythms of the Sun and Moon in the body and Mind with the use of the Breath
- Tattwa Shuddhi - Understanding the 5 basic elements that make up the body and purify them through Yantra, Mantra, and Mandalas
- Japa Yoga and Mantra Meditation Using sacred beads (Mala) as you chant sacred sounds (mantra) to concentrate the mind
- Pranayama and MeditationControlling the life force (prana) with breathing techniques bridging the mind to the Inner Yoga (Antaranga Yoga)
- Angk Jyotish - Vedic numerology, exploring the Universe through numbers
- Shankaprakshalana - Washing of the Colon and Small Intestine with Saline water
- 3 Days of Water or Juice Fasting After washing the colon out (Shankaprakshalanasan) we give the organs a break from digestion, healing the inner organs and mind
- 6 Kriyas (Cleansing technique): Jal and sutra Net - Cleaning the nasal passages and sinuses, Vastra Dhauti - Cloth Swallowing for cleaning the esophagus and Stomach, Nauli - Massaging the Internal organs, Tratak - Candle gazing for cleaning the eyes Kapalabhati - Cleansing Frontal bone of the skull Basti - Yogic Enema
