We offer a 200hr Yoga Alliance-certified teacher training program. This course integrates classical Hatha yoga practices with in-depth participation in traditional disciplines of yogic lifestyle, such as cleansing and meditation. Students receive a solid understanding of the ancient yogic culture, as well as learn transformative knowledge and skills necessary to pass on these teaching to others.

No prior yoga education is required; however seasoned practitioners and yoga teachers will benefit immensely from many of the rare yogic techniques that Yogi Charu teaches.

Studying with Yogi Charu offers a special opportunity to learn from an authentic yogi master, who shares genuine insight and comprehensive spiritual education.

Upon graduation, a certification of Yogic Science and Lifestyle will be issued to qualified students.

TATTWA SHUDDHI: Purification of the gross elements of the body; Earth, Water, Fire, Air, Ether
ANTAR MAUNA: Inner silence meditation
ANK JYOTISH: Vedic Numerology for guidance of daily practice
PRANA DHARANA: How to experience the sub-branches of Prana (Life Force) within the different parts of the body.
SAKSHI BHAVA: Art of objective observation
